The ultimate skillet chocolate chip cookie

This super simple and easy chocolate chip cookie recipe using skillet pan,

You can taste crispy from the edge and moist and brownie  texture from the middle at the same time. Try with a scoop of vanilla ice cream when it's warm or  ice cold brew coffee like we did in the video.


1ea x9.5inch  skillet pan


Unsalted Butter soften 220g

Caster sugar 175g

Brown sugar 80g

Large egg 1ea

Semi sweet dark chocolates 170g

Vanilla essence 1tsp

Plain flour 285g

Baking soda 1/2tsp

Salt 2/4 tsp

Place a rack in lowest position in the oven; preheat to 180c

Coarsely chop chocolate.

Mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, and kosher salt in a large bowl until no large lumps remain, about 1 minute.

Stir in egg and vanilla until egg is incorporated and mixture is very loose and resembles cake batter, about 30 seconds.
