Financier or Baton Cake

Baton Cake / A financier is a small French almond cake,

flavored with beurre noisette, usually baked in a small mold.

Light and moist with a crisp, eggshell-like exterior, the traditional financier

also contains egg whites, flour, and powdered sugar.

The Flour’s Baton cake is a nut based tea cake with brown butter aroma harmonized with almond and hazelnut’s flavors presenting the best of original ingredients themselves.

Store in an air –tight container for 2-3days. To extend the shelf life , store in the refrigerator for one week.
